The whole place was clean and had excellent location and staff. Make sure you visit café Brunch and Supper, serving nice coffee and located 100 metres from the venue. They offered me ironing free-of-charge. Slept well on an extremely comfy bed. Lovely stay, the bathroom with a bath was a bonus.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was lovely. Large room, city views. Easy check-in. Brilliant location, close to some of the must sees in Edinburgh, like The Hub, based a minute walk from the place. Not to mention easy 5 mins walk from supermarkets and shops, plus great restaurants all around.

Hosts were helpful, even gave us room with bath and shower.

Well, the bathroom was not brilliant.

It was best base for visiting most Edinburgh attractions. Relatively close to Greyfriars Kirk, walkable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the location and staff which are excellent. Bed was extremely comfy, slept good. A bath, shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets available. Everything was very good and I got ironing for free.

Amicable staff, delicious breakfast, excellent location and staff. Appreciated the easy check-in too. We liked an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a personal safe, but our beds were not very good. Got shared bathroom with a bath. Eating at Ondine, placed very close to the venue was the best choice.

I really enjoyed the location and staff here, they were excellent! Its bedroom facing city was beautiful.

The staff is helpful and the food was fab. Luxury and amazing bathroom with a bath. The place is not far from the coffee shop and Scotland and restaurants. Café Angus Fling offers tea and goodies within 5 minutes walk.

Included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets, all very handy. Setting not far from the cafe which JK wrote Harry Potter in.

Place was excellent and close to The Studio. I loved fantastic area. There was cosy room, towels were fresh.

The area is fantastic, location is AMAZING, we loved it. If offers well-appointed room, used a fridge, central heating and an iron. It’s nestled in an old historic building.

A microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges were good to have. Location was unbeatable, at a short distance from The Hub.

Location and staff were good, loved it. There was an extremely comfy bed, luxury bathroom. Near Edinburgh airport, 15 km.
